As promised last night (which would have been a far more logical place to have put this, but I was pressed for time), here's the March 2011 "badge" for completing the NaBloPoMo ===>For those of you just waking up now, the National Blog Posting Month is a recurring challenge to post daily to one's blog over the course of a month, initially being sort of a goof on NaNoWriMo, the National Novel Writing Month. This started out as a single month (November, I believe), but, as blogging ain't novel-writing, it expanded out to being a monthly event.
To keep it fresh, they started to do "themes" that folks could work with (hence the "in a word" here, which was something about keying one's posts to a particular word) ... but these are, like Barbarossa's description of the Pirate's Code: more what you'd call "guidelines" than actual rules.
So, there you go. I'm sure you'll all be relieved at the prospect of not hearing from me quite so much over the coming weeks (although I have stuff lined up for at least the next 3 days).
