Depressed ...

How come any time I get any sleep I get real depressed? I ended up crashing last night early on (face down on the keyboard, as usual ... but at midnight instead of 6am) ... and toddled off to bed. I got maybe 8 hours (twice my usual). Every time I get sleep I get way depressed ... I wonder why? Plus, when I get more than my typical 4 hours of sleep, I feel like somebody has been hitting my kidneys with baseball bats ... build-up toxins getting flushed or what?

Plus, I get in here and find that i'm 100 posts behind on my Friends list ... dang ...
