How did I miss this?

Wow, here's a meme originating out of LibraryThing that I hadn't seen until betawriter put it up in her journal!

It's based on the the top 106 books most often marked as "unread" by LibraryThing’s users (i.e., they've added them to their collections, but haven't actually read the books)..

Now, this is likely not definitive ... many of the books on the list date to grade school, which for me is many decades in the rear-view mirror, so my recall whether I actually read a particular tile (such as The Count of Monte Christo or The Three Musketeers) is hazy ... I've tried to make an accurate call, however, leaving something as "unread" unless I have a fairly certain memory of the book. After all, between having a "classic education" in highschool and being an "English Major" in college, there was a lot of stuff that was unceremonially crammed into my head, much of which (just try to get me to tell you what I read for "Restoration Drama"!) I have only the most fleeting remembrance.
