Anyway ... I've been getting these Pokemon cards for Daughter #1 ... one of the things that I found confusing is that there are not just ONE set of cards, but many sets, with various themes. The cards have little bitty logos on them (about 1/8" across) which indicates which set it's from. Unfortunately, as far as I was able to tell, there is NOTHING that gives you a break-down on what logo belongs to what set, etc. There are sites with really great full set lists, but inexplicably they don't show the logo of the set (so I was at first having to go "by braille" of comparing the ##/### on each card, since most of the sets have unique total numbers) to let you know what set the card you have in your hand is part of!
So, here I was, DEEP into avoiding all the things I HAVE TO GET DONE, and what did I whip up? A nice web page to identify the various sets ... check it out at POKEMON CARD SET LOGOS ... I had scanned in all these little bitty logos to do labels for the various sets that we were getting for Daughter #1, and I had the info on the "what/when" for most of them as well, so I figured setting up a site would be a nice thing to do for the NEXT poor schlub who's out there trying to find out about this Pokemon stuff!
