I want to kill either myself or my computer right now (thusly I am reminded of a Tonio K lyric: "I'm gonna kill one of us baby, give me time and I'll decide on which") ... there was an auction on eBay for in excess of 1,000 Pokemon cards (yeah, I'm still adding to Daughter #1's collection) which had a "buy it now" of over $100, but a starting bid at $10 ... and NOBODY had bid on it (it had a TERRIBLE title of "read description", which I guess nobody did). I had been "watching" this all day, planning to "pull the trigger" on it in the last 10 minutes or so. UNFORTUNATELY, my damn (old ... yes, I'm still on this and not the new one) computer had a blue-screen seizure right about then, and I had to go into a full re-boot, which ran me right out of the bidding window.
I just HATE it when shit like this happens! The auction closed without anybody bidding on it. I wrote a note to the seller telling him he was SO lucky that his 1,000 card collection did not go for $17.26 (the minimum plus shipping) and suggested that he re-title it the next time.
Now, excuse me while I go beat my head against a wall ... damn, Damn, DAMN, DAMN, DAMN!
