OK ... I'm sorry ... most of my data on Edwards had come from reading stuff, and I'd only caught the occasional sound-bite in the abbreviated Democratic primary run ... tonight, however, I was cooking up something in the kitchen with my back to the TV while Edwards was being interviewed and all I could think was "Why does O'Reilly have Gomer Pyle on his show?"!
