chicagochat, which is the first that I'd heard about it ... it's sort of an "index" to blogs in Chicago, where you can enter the address of your L.J. (or whatever) along with a title and description, and your El stop ... and the blogs then get listed by El stop (or Metra train station for the suburbanites).I'm not sure that I'm going to list there (believe it or not, I'm actually sort of "guarded" about who I share my journal with ... I don't "invite in" many IRL folks, and inevitably, those who I do try to get additcted to L.J. post 2 or 3 times and then blow it off), as the concept of having all and sundry being able to find me (oooh ... stalkers!) lacks a certain appeal (now, if I had a blog that was all about selling stuff ... that I'd want to have people stumble into!).
