Ah, some days my faith in the basic sanity of most of our government is rewarded:

"Being bizarre is not a reason to keep somebody out of this country or lock them up. ... "

Of course, "being bizarre" was the least of the issues in question HERE (hat tip to tbonestg for the link), but it's nice to hear that looking/acting freaky doesn't phase some folks in the govt!
