I have been trying to write the past several days, but every time I put my butt down and open up the notebook somebody wants to chat, or some emergency comes up, or I never quite make it to the put-my-butt-down point ... I really hate to think of all the folks out there who have me on their friends list going long periods without my poetry ... that would be so ... so ... merciful!
