Confused ...

I wonder why four out of the past six people I've won stuff from on eBay haven't left me any feedback? One of them "owes me" 29 feedbacks (they were all individual card auctions, and I left positives for him!), and the others have been over for weeks. I guess I "shouldn't hold my breath" on one of them, as they're "no longer registered" (I've also not gotten my merchandise from that, but for a total w/shipping of only $5.01, I'm not getting overly worked up), but I wonder why these other ones haven't clicked in. Some people!
