Bummer ...

Oh well, I guess something is better than nothing ...

Just got back from that interview ... as I had feared, it was NOT for the "regular" Bartending gig they were filling, but for an on-call part-time banquet bartending gig. However, it will be another "notch on the resume", which will hopefully make it easier for me to get the next job. The guy (Banquet Manager) said he couldn't guarantee any specific amount of hours, but was thinking that they could use me one or two nights a week, on average. I guess with the other temp gig, this will fill up some more of the schedule ... but I was really hoping that this was for a "real" Bartending job.

However, I "passed" the interview, so I'll now be put through the whole background-check process and will then be "hired". Again, I guess that's better than nothing, but it's disappointing none the less.
