It's by Scott Adams, the guy who draws Dilbert ... he's had a condition where he'd been unable to speak for a while ... but it only effected his one-on-one speaking, he could still do public speaking, which is sort of weird! Anyway, this piece is about how he found "a way around it", which is fascinating about how the brain works.
