For those keeping notes ...

The eBay-obtained computer arrived this afternoon.

I have to take Daughter #2 up to Dojo this afternoon, otherwise I'd be elbow-deep into half-functioning technology right now. I guess I'll "coffee up" and work on this tonight until I either have a functioning system or know I have to go computer shopping!
