Having just fixed my current system, I'm not really
looking for something new, but I just got an e-mail about a
special sale from TigerDirect.com ... it's a pretty basic system, Intel Celeron D 3.33GHz processor, 512MB DDR2 ram, 120GB SATA II hard drive, DVD±RW DL disk drive, a Flash Media Reader, 10/100 LAN, and Windows Vista Home Basic ... but the killer part is that this (with mouse, keyboard, and speakers) is currently going for a measly
$239.99! Heck, that should
still be under three hundred bucks with tax and shipping.
I seem to recall that various folks on my FL have been thinking of getting new computers, but have been stymied by price, so I thought I'd pass this along.
