Wow ... was discussing things with an associate this evening, and he brought up the issue about the WTC attack being officially classified as "an act of war" ... does this mean that all those people killed in the attack have no valid life insurance? Does this mean that the companies destroyed have no valid insurance on their losses? Does this mean that the owners/investors in the complex have no valid insurance on the real estate?

In most cases Life Insurance policies won't pay for deaths due to "acts of war" unless specific riders are purchased for that ... anybody know anything specific on this subject???
