I'm home ...

Well, the blood work was showing whatever levels of whatever factors that they were looking for, so they sent me home.

Unfortunately, when they took me for a walk around the floor with the O² monitor on, I was oxygenating right at the border line of what they wanted to see ... so I ended up having to go home with a tank of oxygen. They're delivering a small "briefcase" unit that I can take with me on the El, but they want me to have it handy, just in case I get "out of breath" in the next week or so.

I am, however, cleared to go back to work on Monday, which is good.

Relieved to be alive, and home, and only really 2 days behind schedule (I was an alternate for jury duty yesterday, so had sort of blocked that day off, even though I wasn't in the group called in).
