Hate to jinx it ...

I have been reluctant to write much about our current economic/employment challenges, as things have been up and down and I keep swinging between excitement and despair, but I was quite surprised at how a phone interview with a "retained" search firm (i.e., one where the companies pay them to fill spots) went this morning ... in that it seems to have gone very well, and I'm going to be going out to their offices next week to have a "mock interview" because they think they want to push me into their field of "featured" candidates!

I guess working the past 20 months on "bleeding cutting edge" stuff may be paying off ... I just hope I'm not jinxing it by talking about it!
