In my review of that book on the Process a few days back I sort of predicted that "the floodgates would open" for material that's been kept tucked away ... thanks to 
sammhain's recent post, one such example has just come to my attention, five hundred pages of scanned stuff representing a couple of Process books, assorted documents which I assume to be chunks of "The Missal", much of the Hymnal (there were, oddly, many pages "blacked out" in that section), and a bunch of post-schism stuff from RDG ... all this put out as a .pdf "book" (available for free download) over at LuLu ... see: http://tinyurl.com/mul736
