Some useful quotes from Twitter ...

One of the "borderline" (useful/entertaining / irritating/spammy) things on Twitter is the "quote fountain" poster ... now, this is one of those "SEO" kinds of things that the scumbuckets recommend, but some of them are quite interesting and I keep 'em around. Recently I had two pop up which explained a lot.

First of all, here's a quote from famed industrialist/philanthropist Andrew Carnegie:
People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing.
WOW! Talk about nailing the problem with my job search on the head! I hate the fucking "job" of looking for a job, and quelle surprise I'm not succeeding! Anybody have ANY suggestions of how to make the job search FUN? Anyone?? Bueller??? ... didn't think so.

Secondly, here's one that explains pretty much EVERYTHING ELSE, from the late great George Carlin:
Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.
Yep ... that's the world I have to deal with (don't get me started on standard deviations on IQ ranges today).

Hope you're having a better day ...
